Black Ice Software's award winning printer drivers have been put to great use in our line of End User products. You will find such software as industry leading Faxing solutions, Terminal Server/ Remote printing solutions, and powerful Document Conversion tools.
Purchases of all Impact products, Upgrades, and Additional Licenses can be completed in our Online Store.If your purchasing process requires formal Invoices or agreements, you may contact our Sales Office at impactsales@blackice.com When purchasing through the Online Store, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions. If purchasing through the Sales Office, you must complete and return, either by scan and email or fax, our End User License Agreement/Order Form.
Accepted forms of payment in the Online Store are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The Sales Office accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Bank Transfers, and Company Checks. Purchase Orders and NET payments are not accepted.
All end user products are licensed via our eLicense Server. There are four primary license types, and in some cases you will find two license types for the same product (example: Ports/Users).

User License: this type of license allows the program to be installed per user. Only the user(s) who registered will be able to use the product. Most of our products utilize this type of licensing.
Server License: This type of license allows to install the server-side component of the product on one machine. Applicable to those programs which utilize server-client architecture
Concurrent User License: Licensing is based on the number of users who can simultaneously use the program. If one purchases a 5 user concurrent license, then max 5 users can use the product at any one time.
Ports: faxing products prices are based on the number of fax ports/channels that will be used. One user license is included for installation
